Adult individual counseling
Individual work can be a wonderful, courageous step towards finding yourself. Perhaps you are seeking to address challenges from your past, dynamics in your current life, including anxiety, depression, PTSD and more. Adult counseling can offer a space for you to find the path towards your fulfilled future. Treatment and transformation modalities include CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems.
Sessions cost $120. I am not currently taking insurance but I work with several organizations that offer scholarships for therapy. I also offer a sliding scale rate for those unable to pay the full price. Please just let me know if this is something you need and we can work that out together. I know paying out of pocket can be a challenge and I try my best to make therapy accessible for all.
